With the South West's largest outdoor play area, jungles and gardens to explore, a calendar bursting with activities, and a cafe serving delicious meals and cakes, it's the ideal day out for the whole family.
Family Friendly Environment
Get back to nature with our countryside park! Watch the farm animals in neighbouring fields, play on our park, and pick up an activity sheet from reception to help you spot native insects, birds, rabbits and wildlife!

Discover some of the magical creatures and plants that live on the park with our activity sheet! Pick yours up from reception and get stuck in 🐝 if you show your sheet to our team before you leave, you'll get a certificate to take home!

Our park is located right next to this stunning coastal path! Lace up your boots and hike along this breathtaking trail, or take your bikes for a leisurely ride. With hidden coves and panoramic sea views, this is the perfect way to explore Cornwall and spot local wildlife.

Our holiday homes make the perfect family holiday base, with plenty of space for all the family to settle down after a day of exploring. If you'd like a little more room to spread out, you'll love our Azalea Lodge with a large open-plan lounge area and generous outdoor space. Fancy a holiday closer to nature? We have spacious touring and camping pitches to suit every camper's needs. Plus, you can bring your dog on all pitches and in a selection of our holiday homes.

Our holiday homes are modern and packed with everything you need for a family getaway. There's double glazing and central heating for your comfort, a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan dining and lounge area, and a spacious sun deck to enjoy the beautiful view.

If you’re looking for some precious family time, our five-star site is the perfect destination for your touring or camping holiday in Cornwall. Spend evenings snuggled with loved ones looking up at the starry sky and early mornings watching the stunning sunrises as a new day dawns and more adventures await.
Accessible Holiday Home
This holiday home is much roomier than our standard holiday homes and has been designed specifically to provide wheelchair users and their families with a relaxing holiday that is safe and accessible. There are wide access doors, a ramp on the entrance, wide balcony, wet room, free standing furniture, and a moveable frame. This home is also dog-friendly.
Dog-friendly
We know that dogs are part of the family, so at Heligan, most of our holiday homes are dog-friendly. Dogs are accepted in ten of our holiday homes, including our Flagship home, Azalea Lodge. They are also welcome on all pitches.

As a family-run business, we are passionate about providing family-friendly holidays where you can spend quality time together. If you're looking for fun family days out, you’ll be in easy reach of The Eden Project, lots of sandy beaches, and many attractions catered for little ones.
We stumbled across this site in 2022 and, as long-term fans of Cornwall, we're so glad we did! We have two very young children and this site is perfect for us.
