Explore our Pitch Types
Our pitches are all spacious and scenic and offer countryside views, glimpses of the sea, ample space, well laid out lawns and shrubs to make your holiday feel like a home from home. We cater for all types of touring and camping accommodation, including tents, motorhomes, campervans, RVs, trailer tents or touring caravans, and up to two well behaved pets are welcome on every pitch! Hard Standing Pitches
Our gravel hard standing pitches are built for motorhomes, campervans and touring caravans. They are large in size and come with an additional grassed area alongside the gravel for pitching up your awning or an additional tent for storage. Each pitch has electric hook up and access to communal water points, plus waste disposal. These wide and dedicated pitches provide plenty of space for pitching up with your awning and sitting outside in the sun. There are plenty of options available across the site including tarmac and gravel for your convenience, all with stunning views across the countryside. If you would prefer a hard-standing pitch, select this option during the booking process or contact us direct!
Electric Self Levelling Pitch
With some of the best views in the park, these popular gravel pitches are suitable for campervans and motorhomes. Build on an upwards gradient, these pitches bring your vehicle to a natural and level stop, removing the need for levelling blocks. These are great for anyone who is new to motorhome or caravan living.
Standard Electric Grass Pitch
Ideal for tents, campervans, touring caravans and holiday homes, these grass pitches come with electric hook up and access to communal water points, plus waste disposal. Many pitches now come with on-pitch EV charging too, for extra convenience! Take a look at our park map to see where they are located.
Non-Electric (Grass Tents Only)
For an unplugged and budget-friendly experience, our non-electric pitches are perfect for guests who have their own power, or just want to escape from it all. You’ll still have access to communal water points, plus waste disposal. These pitches are designed for tents only, and because of the beautiful hills surrounding us, they may be slightly sloping.
EV Charging Pitch
Recharge your batteries with our on-pitch EV chargers! These special electric pitches have their own EV Charging Point, as well as electric hookup and access to waste and water points. This pitch type has an additional charge of £1 per night, and you just pay for what you use on top of that. Find out where these specialist areas are located on our park map!

Reception and Site Shop
Our main reception houses a small shop which stocks all the essentials, including break, milk, frozen meals and toiletries. You'll also find plenty of information here about local attractions, DVDs to watch on your holiday, and a book swap so you can read something new in the sunshine.
Shower and Toilet Block
There are plenty of reasons why our amenity block receives so many 5-star reviews from our guests, including private rooms with walk in showers and pristine toilets, underfloor heating, accessible family wet room, individual changing areas with showers, WC, basins, mirrors and hairdryers. We also perform frequent cleaning and checks throughout the day to maintain a 5-star standard.
Drying Room
Our indoor drying room is perfect for your wetsuits, hiking boots and clothes after a day of exploring. Complete with individual lockers, you can leave your belongings in a safe place and return later when they're warm and dry.
Launderette
Head home with clean washing thanks to our launderette, complete with washing machines, dryers and ironing facilities.
Washing Up Area
Our washing up area (located next to amenity block) has ample sinks for cleaning all your pots and pans.
Dog Washing Area
Perfect for all pets, our dog washing area is ideal for cleaning up your pup's paws after a day of exploring.
Community Herb Garden
Located next to the amenities block, this community garden has a dual purpose - to provide fresh ingredients for our guests, and to attract even more local wildlife to our park! 🐝 Look out for visiting creatures, and pick yourself a few leaves for your evening meal!
Play Park
Our outdoor play area has swings, slides, sand pit, climbing frames and lookouts to spot nearby farm animals. Little ones will love our self-guided ‘Eco Explorer’ trail too - discover the magical creatures and plants that live on the park while earning your certificate to take home!
Lobb's Farm Shop
Just a 5 minute walk away next to the entrance to The Lost Gardens of Heligan, this family-run shop is full of fresh produce and homecooked meals for your touring holiday. With a dedicated butchers counter, cheesemonger, and a fresh fruit and vegetable stall - plus freezers full of handmade meals and hand-picked ingredients - stock up on the finest Cornish produce, or take some home as souvenirs!
Discounted Entry to The Lost Gardens of Heligan
Located just a 2 minute walk through an exclusive entrance on our park, The Lost Gardens of Heligan is a magical world waiting to be discovered! With your guest discount, wander through the acres of woodland, gardens and immersive experiences which will enchant all ages. There are farm animals to meet, stunning walks (including the jungle rope bridge!) and stories to be uncovered in the hidden gardens and orchards. Find out more below.
Dog-Friendly Holidays
Surrounded by rolling hills and countryside, Heligan Caravan and Camping Park is a relaxing retreat for those looking for a slower pace of life - including your dogs! All of our pitches and many of our luxurious holiday homes (with sundecks and scenic views extending to the coastline!) are pet-friendly. We also have areas in and around the park for stretching their legs, and a handful of dog-friendly beaches nearby.
Enjoy your guest discount to The Lost Gardens of Heligan – within walking distance – and explore The South West Coast Path on our doorstep with your four-legged friends. When you get back, make the most of our outdoor dog shower for muddy paws, and our complimentary drying room, designed for hiking boots, swimwear and raincoats.
Reconnect to nature with our on-pitch EV charging, community herb garden, a play park overlooking neighbouring farmland, and a handy bus stop with routes to Mevagissey and beyond.

If you’re exploring Cornwall in your motorhome or campervan, discover a perfect base here at Heligan. Naturally sheltered by beautiful woodland and close to some of Cornwall’s best beaches and idyllic fishing villages, our park is the perfect Cornish escape.
We have a range of grassed and sculpted gravel pitches with a spacious surroundings. Our ultra-modern amenity block offers underfloor heating, private bathrooms, pristine showers, toilets and an accessible wet room. Right next door, you'll also find a hang launderette and indoor drying room for wetsuits and hiking boots.
The park is designed with several water and waste points conveniently located around the park and electric vehicle charging on many of our pitches.
Lovely clean site. New facilities. Well kept & brilliant location. The paved walk from the site to Mevagissey is fantastic. Will definitely be back.
