Our brand-new Azalea Lodge is designed to offer an unforgettable escape, complete with the most premium comforts and amenities. Sleeping up to eight people, with an open-plan living space and private balcony, it's the perfect choice for your next memorable getaway. Plus, it’s dog-friendly!
Platinum
Get the holiday started from the moment you arrive by unlocking the door to one of our brand-new Platinum holiday homes. The spacious living area invites relaxation, featuring modern furnishings, a smart television, and large windows that bathe the room in natural light, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
Gold
Immerse yourself in the spacious comfort of our Gold holiday homes. You'll be greeted by an open and airy living area that creates an inviting atmosphere for relaxation after a day of adventuring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and all the amenities required for a wonderful Cornish escape.

Wheelchair-friendly
At Heligan, we’re passionate about making all our holidays as accessible as possible to as many people as we can. This home is much roomier than our standard holiday homes and has been designed specifically to provide wheelchair users and their families with a relaxing holiday that is safe and accessible.
Dog-friendly
We know that dogs are part of the family, so at Heligan, we offer several luxurious, dog-friendly holiday homes. Dogs are accepted in ten of our holiday homes, including our Flagship home, Azalea Lodge.

Naturally sheltered by beautiful woodland yet close to some of Cornwall’s best beaches and idyllic fishing villages, Heligan offers an excellent base for your camping holiday.
There are a variety of pitches available to suit everyone's needs, from grass pitches offering ample space and well-maintained lawns to hard-standing sculpted gravel pitches. Electrical hookups are available on most pitches and our luxurious heated amenity block provides you with all the comforts of home.

Camping
Make your home under the stars. Bring your own tent to our secluded campsite near Mevagissey, and you’ll have a choice of pitches to suit your needs.
Touring
If you’re bringing your touring caravan, Heligan Caravan and Camping Park is perfect for you! Most of our touring pitches have an electrical hook up, with all our pitches offering you ample space sitting amongst well laid out lawns and mature shrubs.
Motorhomes
Bring your motorhome and you could benefit from a sculpted gravel pitch with a spacious grass surrounding. Our exceptional amenity block offers you underfloor heating, sparkling showers and toilets, private bathrooms, an accessible wet room, a launderette and a drying room.

You will find us approximately 6 miles south of St Austell just off the B3273. Take the B3273 towards Mevagissey and follow the brown tourist signs to The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Look out for the Heligan Caravan and Camping Park sign on the left-hand side, just before the entrance to the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Booking your holiday
• To make a booking go online at www.heligancampsite.com or call our booking line on 01726 842 714. We accept payment via credit card, debit card and cheque. The booking is only confirmed once we have checked the details and sent a confirmation.
• Balances must be paid in full 42 days prior to the commencement of your holiday. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if your balance is not paid in full 42 days prior to the start of your holiday, and the deposit paid will be non-refundable.
• All holiday homes must be booked for the full week during summer half term (Whitsun week 25th May – 1 st June 2024) and the summer holidays (20th July – 31st August 2024).
• No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures or evictions.
• Deposits are non-refundable except in accordance with the terms of the Cancellation Scheme.
• Provisional telephone bookings will be held for 48 hours. If no deposit or payment is received within that time, the booking will lapse.
• The Company reserves the right to make a surcharge after accepting a booking if increased costs or an error when making your booking makes this necessary. The customer will be notified of any such surcharge at least 21 days prior to the commencement of the holiday (other than VAT changes which may apply without notice).
• All bookings for holiday homes and touring and camping pitches for 7 nights or more are subject to a booking and cancellation fee. Customers must purchase the cancellation scheme at the time of booking their holiday. Please find out more information regarding camping and touring and holiday-home charges below.
• We are a dog-friendly campsite and accept a maximum of two dogs per booking for touring and camping pitches and in our ten dog-friendly holiday homes (charges apply).
What type of camping pitches are available?
We have a range of non-electric pitches (ONLY for tents), campervan pitches and motorhome pitches.
What other type of accommodation is available at Heligan Campsite?
We also have 16 holiday homes - ten of which are dog-friendly.
We also have one lodge to hire, named Azalea which is also dog-friendly.
What time do I have to check out from my pitch/holiday home?
Holiday homes must be vacated by 10am, at the latest, on departure and pitches by 10.30am to allow maintenance work between stays. Charges will be incurred for late check-outs that have not had a prior agreement by the park. Should you wish to arrange a late check-out, please contact Reception the day prior to departure to discuss (charges may apply).
Do you have any wheelchair-friendly vans?
Yes, one of our Gold holiday homes is wheelchair friendly. With wide access, low threshold doors, a full wet room, a portable helper frame, and wide single beds, this home is designed specifically to provide wheelchair users and their families with a safe, easy access, disabled holiday in Cornwall. Please contact us for additional information.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Limited Wi-Fi is available throughout the park; please check the signal on your pitch and follow the login instructions.
One device 1 day - £3.50, 3 days - £7, 7 days - £12. Up to four devices 3 days - £15, 7 days - £25. We offer a free 15-minute session and advise checking the signal strength on your pitch/holiday home before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
Please note, the Wi-Fi network is designed for general web browsing, email and social networking usage. Every effort has been made to provide a full Wi-Fi service across the site, however, there may be areas in the park that may have limited or no service. We cannot be responsible for the temporary withdrawal of the service due to adverse weather conditions or breakdown.
Can we walk to Mevagissey from Heligan Campsite?
Yes. The walk is a 40 minute to 1 hour stroll down along the cycle path. It is all off-road and suitable for pushchairs.
Please note however it can get a little muddy in wet weather.
